Event Fee:

The event fee includes many different aspects of what we can offer & because each event is different, each event can be customized for your needs.

Note that not ALL events will include everything below & depending on your needs may include more.

The fee includes:

Full coverage of your event
Anywhere from 1-3 Photographers and or Video shooters
Full A/V support for conventions
Liaison with venues for A/V needs
Set up and break down of LCD projectors, A/V systems, computers, and wireless audio
Post production of photos, video and audio
ALL day staffing for your event (from 1 hour before your event to 1 hour after the event)
One master DVD of video for the client (upon client request to author them)
One master CD of audio for the client (upon client request to author them)

The Event Fee does NOT include:

Outside Colorado: Airfare from Denver International for 1-2 people depending on your event needs
Inside Colorado: Travel expenses to and from the event
Hotel accommodations (1) room at the location of your event
Within Colorado Springs: No travel expenses paid
